We strive to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days after placing the order. Actual shipping times depend on your address and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees may vary based on the total order amount and delivery location. Typically, free shipping is available for orders over $100.

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition and include the original packaging.

Please contact our customer service team via email, providing your order number and reason for the return, and we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Once the return is processed, the refund will be returned to your payment account within 7-10 business days.
